Bridgett Palma

Bridgett serves as a case manager in the firm’s pre-litigation department. She brings years of experience, knowledge, and grit to her role. Bridgett was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. She is passionate about helping those who have been injured, ensuring they receive the care, support, and justice they deserve.

A proud spouse and parent, Bridgett is married with three wonderful children - two boys and a girl - who are the heart of her world. Family is central both at home and at work, where she treats every client with the same care and dedication she would expect for her own loved ones.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and creating gourmet charcuterie boards. As part of staying connected to the community, Bridgett enjoys attending local vendor events and markets, where she actively supports small businesses and local entrepreneurs. Fluent in both English and Spanish and rooted in her Venezuelan heritage, Bridgett connects with clients from diverse backgrounds with compassion and understanding.
