Maaz Quraishi, Esq

Maaz specializes in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, vehicular accidents, trucking accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and falls, boating accidents, and products liability.

Maaz was born and raised in Palm Beach County. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2003. From there, he attended Nova Southeastern University and obtained his law degree in 2006. While at NSU, he was an associate editor of the Nova Law Review. 

After graduating from law school, Maaz began his career at a large state-wide law firm defending insurance companies and large corporations against people who were injured. His prior experience as a defense attorney for insurance companies provided him with invaluable experience in learning how insurance companies evaluate and defend cases. Wanting to pursue his passion for helping those who have been injured, he switched to representing injured people. He then worked at a large personal injury firm and tried numerous cases to verdict. 

In 2011, Maaz started RightToJustice, in order to give white glove service to people injured due to negligence of others. In the ever-changing world of big advertising firms, the Right to Justice firm persevered and succeeded by providing personalized attention in obtaining justice for its clients. With the mindset that no case is too big or too small, the RTJ team has secured over $125 Million in settlements and verdicts.

Maaz is AV rated from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating available for ethics and competence. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2007 and is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts in Florida. In his free time, Maaz enjoys fishing, exercising, and racing cars.
