Randall assists the pre-litigation department in handling cases from the inception until resolution. He reports claims to insurance company, assists with diminished value on property damage claims, obtains and review medical records, and regularly communicates with clients on the status of their case. He takes pride in communicating with clients and guiding them through the process. In his free time, Randall enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and sports.
