Stephen Crawford, Esq

Stephen Crawford is the firm’s Associate Litigation attorney. He specializes in transportation and premises liability matters. Prior to joining RightToJustice, Stephen spent years practicing in First Party Property and General Liability on behalf of insurance companies before switching exclusively to Plaintiff’s personal injury. His time working on behalf of insurance companies offered him a unique insight into how insurance companies operate and how to achieve the best possible results for his clients. However, Stephen’s desire to help and advocate on behalf of those who have been injured and require justice is what first inspired him to practice law and guided him back to the world of Plaintiff’s personal injury.

Stephen was originally born in Fanwood, New Jersey before moving to Florida in pursuit of his academics. He then attended Florida State University obtaining a bachelor’s degree in criminology and a Minor in Psychology. After his undergraduate studies, Stephen attended Florida International University College of Law representing his law school during a national moot court competition and graduating with his Juris Doctorate Degree in the class of 2022. He then proceeded to obtain his license to practice law in that same year and is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in the United States District Court Southern District of Florida.

In his spare time, Stephen enjoys scuba diving, swimming, and fishing due to his love of marine biology. He also spends much of his free time riding his motorcycle and meeting fellow bikers. He is an active member in his community helping neighbors and strangers alike and a staunch advocate for animal rights.
